SouthStar Farms Guide Lines
You agree to the following when buying a ticket
As people who understand the connectedness of all life and energy, we have a special responsibility and trust to the earth-her life, health, and her changes. The property was once a junk yard and is now an ongoing clean-up and restoration. Do to this there are many areas that are still being worked on.
Hundreds of trees, bushes and plants have been added and are marked with flags or boundaries. Please stay on paths or in cleared areas and it is not recommended that at any time you go barefoot due to glass, locust trees, and other debris.
• Primitive camping - pitch your tent in the areas designated. Do not block any roads or paths.
• Please help to keep area clean and do a personal site pick-up before leaving.
• SMOKERS -Bring BUTT CANS. If smoking, show situational courtesy and attempt to not disturb others. Do not smoke in groups or activity areas. Dispose of butts/filters - NOT ON THE GROUND
• Fires in designated areas only
• Parking - Vehicle parking is limited and may require lining up in areas to accommodate the number of people attending. If you know that you will be leaving before closing on Sunday afternoon, please let a staff know in advance so that your vehicle can be made more accessible. Absolutely no parking along the Hwy 63 for any reason.
• Guests -You are responsible for the care and welfare of yourself, your belongings and your family members. If there are children in your party, be sure they are supervised at all times. You are expected to be respectful of others. The site owners are not liable for any loss or injury.
Shoes are to be worn at all times. Bring chair or blanket to enjoy the shows.
• Pond-No swimming or playing in the pond. (Still under work, and not safe for public)
• River- The north edge of the property is the North Skunk River There will be no staff monitoring this. The river may be low or may be bank full. Please use caution near the river and along the river trails.
• Boundries - Please remain on SSF property and do not trespass on the neighbor's property, and do not go near the owner's private residence.
• Photo’s - You may take photos for your own personal remembrance, but do not include any others without given permission.
• Toilets- There are two flush toilets in a primitive lean-to. (Please only flush what should be flushed). The shop bathrooms are not for use by campers. Port-a-pots may be added for larger events.
• Animals- There is an electric fence around the animal pin, do not mess with or touch. Do not chase or feed the farm or wild animals. Please place any organic food waste in the compost.
• Covid and sickness -Please be mindful of yourself and others and take precautions as needed. If sick or exposed please stay home.

ALL TICKET HOLDERS MUST PRESENT TICKET TO RECEIVE EVENT BAND BEFORE ENTERING.
ALL YOUTH TICKETS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PAYING ADULT AND ARE THAT ADULTS RESPONSIBILITY.

OCTOBER 13TH SCHEDULE
⦁    12pm-4pm-Shop open for camping registration and sales.
⦁    2pm-Gates open.
⦁    5pm-8pm-Gathering on back shop patio for potluck (bring something good) and fire.  Drumming is more than welcome around the fire.   Shop porch bar (Bur Oak Bodega ) will be open for drinks.
OCTOBER 14TH SCHEDULE
⦁    8am-12pm. Shop open.
⦁    8am- gates open for event staff and vendors.
⦁    9am-Gates open for guests.
⦁    10am-event starts.
⦁    10am-6pm-venders open.
⦁    12pm-6pm (food sales) and 10am-10pm (drink sales) Bur Oak Bodega.
⦁    10am-12pm  Allie Crummy performing on stage.
⦁    12pm-1:30pm-Luke Williams performing on stage.
⦁    2pm-5pm-S,P&B performing on stage.
⦁    5pm-6pm-Dances with Scissors will be performing.
⦁    6pm-8pm-Tracy Smith performing on stage.
⦁    8pm-11pm-Natural Habits performing on stage.
OCTOBER 15TH SCHEDULE
⦁    8am-12pm-shop open for coffee & Tea.
⦁    12pm-Gates close/event over.
